The Security Engineer position is responsible for providing McAfee and Security related professional services. In this role the engineer will be an individual contributor, working proactively with the compliance and security practice

Design, install, configure and implement McAfee solutions at customer locations. This includes:
(1) McAfee Data Loss Prevention;
(2) McAfee Endpoint Encryption (Formerly SafeBoot)
(3) McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator

Essential McAfee Job Functions:

Required Skills:
* Must possess operational experience with McAfee HIPS and ePO 4.x
* An understanding of TCP/IP network architecture and DNS is a must; ideal candidate will need to understand how to work with McAfee in a networked environment
* Excellent time management, reporting, and communication skills
* Superior problem-solving skills when it relates to security and\or IT issues
* Experience with client interfacing situations and projects
* Additional Experience with McAfee security products a plus (Host Instrusion Prevention, IntruShield, Secure Web and Email Gateways, Policy Auditor, and Foundstone)
* CISSP, CEH, MCSE or GIAC are a plus:

Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem solving skills are essential.

Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills a must, including*
* The ability to interact effectively with executives, vendors, technical project teams, and others.
* Experience in vendor management, and service/product selection.
* Demonstrated ability to handle and to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
* Demonstrated Project Management experience
* The ability to write SOW*s, Proposals, and other client documentation
