Job Description:
We are currently looking for a  Senior Citrix Engineer. This is a full time opportunity that will start as a 3 month contract. The best fit candidate will be mature with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), a true team player. Candidates that require hourly direction and micromanagement will not be successful in this role so, we are looking for independent individuals with a strong work ethic.

1. The Citrix engineer will work under the supervision of the CTO and work closely with lead consultants or project   managers.

2. Tasks include but not limited to; architect, design and implement complex system configurations.

3. Senior level knowledge of Citrix, VMware, Virtual Desktop, XenDesktop

4. Please note after hours work might be required

Requirements:
1. BA/BS degree in engineering, computer science or technology related field; or 6 years equivalent industry experience.

2. 4+ years of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience.

3. Working involvement with internal and external teams to consult, implement and troubleshoots configurations-hardware, software and services

4. 3+ years consulting experience related to x86 technical offering such as Citrix, Microsoft, VMWare and Linux.

5. Architecture and deployment experience on advanced Citrix products (XenDesktop, Provisioning, XenApp)

6. Extensive track record implementing large, complex enterprise-class solutions using Citrix technologies

7. Engineering experience involving hardware, software and services solutions for x86 Solutions at an enterprise level for Sun (Sun Fire, Sun Blade, x64), HP (BladeSystem and ISS), and IBM (System x and BladeCenter) x86 product lines

8. Extensive skills with Windows Networking, Active Directory

9. Advanced Networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls, Network Security)

10. Technical Knowledge on VMWare product line

11. CCA, CCEA and MCSE preferred

12. VCP Certification (V13) Strongly Preferred

Healthcare industry experience is extremely valuable.
