The Security Engineer position is responsible for providing McAfee and Security related professional services. In this role the engineer will be an individual contributor, working proactively with the compliance and security practice

Design, install, configure and implement McAfee solutions at customer locations. This includes:
(1) McAfee Data Loss Prevention;

Job Description:
We are currently looking for a  Senior Citrix Engineer. This is a full time opportunity that will start as a 3 month contract. The best fit candidate will be mature with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), a true team player. Candidates that require hourly direction and micromanagement will not be successful in this role so, we are looking for independent individuals with a strong work ethic.

1. The Citrix engineer will work under the supervision of the CTO and work closely with lead consultants or project   managers.

2. Tasks include but not limited to; architect, design and implement complex system configurations.

3. Senior level knowledge of Citrix, VMware, Virtual Desktop, XenDesktop

Description

This position requires 90% security and 10% Network skills

Responsible for maintaining the security of the enterprise Data Center network infrastructure, Internet circuits, DNS servers, mail relays, proxy servers and all internet-facing equipment.

 Interacts with other network/security engineers, system administrators, systems analysts, support center, technicians, vendors and users relating to applications associated with a production-computing environment.  Addresses issues and requests logged in ticketing queue related to Security events, Internet and extranet connectivity and FW rules.  Monitors and reacts to events generated by SNMP monitoring, SIEM, and Vulnerability Assessment tools.  Keeps management aware of problems and presents practical solutions to these problems

The networking consultant role is a part of our advanced networking practice team and provides end-to-end management of our customer’s networking needs.  This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, performing technical sales tasks and the delivery of networking technology engagements in our advanced networking consulting practice.  The candidate will own issues, propose solutions and escalate to senior consultant or architect-level resources as needed in the topic areas of enterprise routing and switching, unified communications , network security and wireless communications.
